Company Awards
These awards recognise the efforts of companies as a whole. Comms Business believes that entire organisations deserve credit for their contributions outside of commercial success and innovation.
Small MSP of the Year
For MSPs with fewer than 50 employees and turnover not exceeding £8.7 million.
This award is dedicated to managed service providers which sell solutions directly to businesses (i.e. end users). This is a company award presented to those who can demonstrate a solid performance throughout 2025. Performance can relate to growth, customer service, staff development and support, or defining new markets. Entries should include details of recent market activities with a recent case study, staff development plans and also a testimonial from a customer and principal supplier.
Company activities during the judging period 1st January - 31st December 2025 are eligible for these awards.
Mid-size MSP of the Year
For MSPs with fewer than 250 employees and turnover not exceeding £44 million.

Distributor of the Year
This award is dedicated to IT and/or comms distributors. We are interested in hearing about channel distributors that achieved success in 2025. Activity or initiative highlights may include but not be restricted to: innovative product development, imaginative marketing programmes, effective sales and technical support programmes, appropriate but cost-effective accreditation and sales incentivisation. Applicants will need to detail these activities and place, in confidence, verifiable sales figures before the judges.

Wholesaler of the Year
This award recognises wholesalers that have achieved success in 2025. Activity or initiative highlights may include but not be restricted to; partner enablement, innovative offerings, imaginative marketing programmes, effective sales and technical support programmes, appropriate but cost-effective accreditation and sales incentivisation. Applicants will need to detail these activities and place, in confidence, verifiable sales figures before the judges.

The Workplace Award
This award is dedicated to great businesses across the channel who do their best around environmental, social, governance and workplace commitments. This award will recognise those businesses who are going above and beyond for staff and the world around them. This may include sustainability efforts, staff reward systems, team building, perks, or could be a fundamental ‘people-first’ philosophy. Comms Business wants to support those businesses that genuinely look after their staff and play their role in making the channel a great place to work.

One to Watch
The winner of this category will be chosen by our independent judging panel.
All organisations who enter into other categories will all be eligible.

Solution Awards
This category is specifically for solutions which have been sold into businesses in the previous year. Companies entering can submit multiple entries to these awards but must demonstrate the solution has been sold via a Channel Partner. Vendors, Service Providers and Channel Partners can all submit entries within this category.
Best Connectivity Solution
This award will recognise connectivity solutions that resellers, MSPs and other channel companies have created to meet the needs of a customer. All submissions should include a case study so judges can understand how user needs were identified and met. Submissions should also include evidence of ROI and end user testimonials.

Best Software Solution
This award will recognise software solutions that resellers, MSPs and other channel companies created to meet the needs of a customer. Specialist Awards
The Channel is full of specialists. These awards will credit those specialist providers that excel in their chosen field.
Best Wholesale Connectivity Provider
This award will recognise the wholesale connectivity providers that are helping channel companies grow their businesses. We will recognise the achievements of any type of connectivity provider (whether mobile or fibre), including looking at how they are helping the rollout and adoption of next generation networks. We will consider how their partner programmes help channel companies, efforts during 2025 and future growth potential.

Partner Accelerator Award
This award will recognise a programme, scheme or process that helped a partner accelerate towards a goal in 2025. Judges will be looking for a case study on a partner's starting point and how a wholesale, distributor or vendor partner helped accelerate their efforts to reach a particular goal.

Deal of the Year
Mergers and acquisitions continued at pace throughout the Channel in 2025. This award looks to recognise the deals that will have a lasting impact on the Channel. Judges will be looking for detail on the process and the results for both sides.

Vendor Awards

Partner Programme of the Year
Partner programmes are central to the success of both parties in a partnership. This award looks to recognise the best partner programmes available to partners in the UK. We want to hear about programme innovations, rewards, and partner enablement. For international programmes, judges will be looking for detail on how the programme has been tailored for UK partners.

Vendor Innovation of the Year
This award will recognise the innovative vendors that are unlocking growth for their channel partners. We want to help about an innovation that changed the game for channel partners in 2025, this could be a product innovation, a platform update, or even a change to how a vendor works with its partners.

People Awards
These awards recognise an individuals impact on the industry.
Hidden Hero
This award looks to recognise people in the Channel who have gone above and beyond to help colleagues, customers and/or partners. That could be someone who worked tirelessly to make a project come together on time, someone who raised funds for or helped a good cause, or even someone who was a real friend when you needed it most. Often this person’s efforts go unrecognised despite their importance to their team. This award is open to any individual in the Channel who should be recognised as a Hidden Hero. We anticipate nominations as well as direct entries.
Services to the Channel
This award is decided by our expert panel of judges and is given to an individual who has displayed certain qualities over their Channel tenure. These include innovation, entrepreneurialism, forward thinking, pioneering, financial success and longevity within the Channel market. Once you are in the Comms Business Hall of Fame you will not be nominated again.
